  1. Shipping Information

  • We offer Pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking information will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • In case of any delays due to unforeseen issues (weather, courier, holidays), we will keep you informed.

     2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes across India.

  • Please ensure someone is available to accept the parcel and complete payment at the time of delivery.

  • Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

    3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Conditions: Jewelry must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Replacements will only be provided if:

    • The product is damaged during shipping

    • You receive an incorrect item

        To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include unboxing photos and your order details for verification.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your account within 5–7 business days.​​
